For the Hellmann’s brief I was asked to create a Hellmann’s branded device, publication or service that addresses the issue of food wastage. I have decided to create a service called Hydro Oasis. Hydro Oasis is a scheme which provides hydroponic rooftop gardens to restaurants. This allows the restaurants to grow their own food on site, this limits the amount of food they have to order from independent suppliers and reduces the risk of over ordering food in bulk, ultimately reducing food waste.
